Time shift between video and audio recording with matterhorn workflow #1933

Hi,

When recoding with matterhorn workflow enabled, the muxed-audio-webcam.flv got 
a time shift between audio and video, seems that the audio and video processes 
use difference timestamp process flow. I looked into the code of video.rb, it 
use timestamp of 'session start','webcam start',session stop' and 'webcam 
stop', I think both video and audio should use the same timestamp of recoding 
button start/stop event in 0.9.0

We have not update nor tested the Matterhorn integration with BigBlueButton 
0.9.0-RC.  

It might be something we add back in a future version of BigBlueButton, but 
there were other higher-priority items (such as WebRTC audio and start/stop 
recording) that would have a larger benefit to the community.

Marking as won't fix.
