On a BigBlueButton server configured for dial-in numbers via SIP trunking, when
a user dials into the conference bridge, their phone number (or callerID) will
appear in the Users list.
However, the phone number (or callerID) will also the appear in the Options tab
for chat, suggesting that other users can private chat with the phone number,
which is not possible.
