WebRTC error 1004 #1973

Dear BBB developer,
I have problem using BigBlueButton's WebRTC client. Would you please help with 
this?
The details are:
Detected the following WebRTC issue: Error 1004: Failure on cal (reason=request 
timeout). Do you want to try Flash instead.

I tried flash client, it did work.

If in helping you in the mailing list we determine there is an error with 
BigBlueButton, we'll open an issue here to track the fix.
