Enable full-screen mode for viewing desktop sharing #908

Enable the users to switch to a full-screen mode when viewing a presenter's 
desktop.

In some cases, such as for unsophisticated viewers (such as K12 students), it 
might be desirable for viewers to automatically go into fullscreen mode when 
the presenter begins to share her desktop.

Also, allow viewers/attendees to view presenter's uploaded pdf in fullscreen.

Unless there is some strong customer pull, this won't get into the 0.81 release 
(currently under development).

Can you just allow it to "scale" to accommodate whatever the attendee & mods  
does (i.e. let them size however big they want the screen to be in the window 
both vertical and horizontal) so the content being shared simply "scales" to 
fit whatever size they adjust the presenting window from their side to be? 

Also, allowing them (the attendees or mods) to DETACH the viewing window to 
size place it where they want would also be of tremendous value.

If you did a poll or asked folks, I believe it would definitely be in the top 
10 or so of things to do above. If this is already done then please let me know 
and how to do it.

I would say this is a pretty significant problem. How can I help? Can we get 
something like that done? Greg

At the moment, we're focused on finishing development for 0.81.  This feature 
is not planned for this release, but there will always be another release.
