BBB for desktop using flex air1.5 #979

Hi,

Is it possible to develop a Desktop BigBlueButton application using adobe air 
which installed and run on user desktop/pc. And is it possible for desktop 
sharing, because in BBB for desktop sharing module using applets concept

It might be possible, but we would need to investigate the capabilities of 
Adobe Air to determine if it could scan the user's desktop.  

If so, it would also require re-writing the desktop sharing applet in Flash.
