mouse and keyboard support problem!!! #329

i have samsung galaxy core model gt-i8260 with android
version 4.1.2 and have been triyng to connect mouse with usb otg cable but
it is not working. is it something fith configuration in kernel settings  or my 
phone is not supporting mouse and keybord.Sorry for the bad english.help
