That's the idea - optimizing the graph in the background.

Ah then we might want to add some timeout here as well, otherwise the optimization never stops

Well, not necessarily, just sometimes I heard my CPU fan working hard for large graphs, even if I was looking at other things since minutes already. I will close this one.
