Designate half of Fort Avenue wide sidewalk on north side as one-way bike path where car turn lane displaces asphalt bike lane #100

The "sidewalk" in front of Family Dollar is 8-10 feet wide, so there's plenty of space to accommodate a painted cycling lane. Family dollar would have to move their big ice cooler, though.

A ramp would be necessary at either end of the blue line for bikes to access it properly.

Don't pay too much attention to the intersection traversal...just a rough idea of how the sidewalk facility might connect to the existing lanes further southwest on Fort Avenue
