Submitted street lamp outage to APCO with the following information:

Nine (9) old style street lamps in front of the US courthouse on Court Street in Lynchburg, VA do not come on at night. They are not labeled with pole numbers.

Very little of this block of Court Street is lit, which is a safety hazard to pedestrians and other victims of crime.

I reported the lamps in front of the US Courthouse at 1101 Court Street Lynchburg, VA 24504 as out in early May, and verified last night that all but one lamp is still out. The lamps are standalone and not on power poles. Please inform me of the status of order number 024291933 and whether the lamps are serviced by APCO or by another authority. Thank you.

In front of 1101 Court Street in Lynchburg, VA there are 9 standalone street lamps on the sidewalk. None of these lamps have pole numbers. Three of these lamps are still out. I resurveyed last night and determine that 4 of the 9 lamps are out now. Three are marked with pink ribbons, and a fourth is marked with a loop of blue electrical tape. Please put this info on the ticket for the technicians. Thank you for your time.

The two lamps shown in the previous picture are still out. One on an unarmed dedicated poll with yellow caution tape on it. The other is on a power poll #105-C1-4108

The other lamps in front of the courthouse work as previously noted.
