It appears to be a rectangular patch that sunk into the road bed. Very jarring to go over with a bike.

Good morning. On Kemper Street southbound near building 1101 (power sports place) there is a rectangular roadway patch that has sunk deep enough that it feels like a pothole when a bike goes over it. Please fill in the sunken patch area to improve bicycle and motorcycle safety. Thank you for your time.
