Checked status with Verizon through their "Sprinklr chat" and they were unable to find VACF05D99M at all!

Had representative resubmit and received new ticket number MDCF05DPYL.

Sort of acosted a Verizon technician in a cherry picker and requested that he check out this pole issue. He said he could probably deal with it today.
