Not fixed yet.

Checked status with Verizon through their "Sprinklr chat" and they were unable to find VACF05D99M at all!

Had representative resubmit and received new ticket number MDCF05DPYL.

Not fixed. Just didn't see the wires hanging in the trees when I walked by the first time.

Nothing happened. Still have wires hanging down. Did a tech come out? I can't stand by the utility pole all day to find out.

Made personal task to check if this is still an issue and fix with ladder and staples if not

Got fed up and fixed it with some staples. Cables attached to pole now and not hanging into sidewalk.
