When I test your iOS SDK I keep getting the following message in console:

Could not signal service com.apple.WebKit.Networking: 113: Could not find specified service

Loading spinner gets shown, but nothing happens afterwards.

Looks like something is wrong with the webview, could you have a look?

Jercik commented 7 years ago

It's a known issue on iOS 11. We are working on a fix. Thanks for your report.

thedc89 commented 7 years ago

Well, it occurs on 10.3.3. The weird thing is that, it worked during the first run today, then refused to work anymore.

Jercik commented 7 years ago

I have a possible fix for the issue. Please try updated version.

thedc89 commented 7 years ago

I tried, but it does not work for me.

any updates?

Hello guys!

We have taken a closer look at this issue and (un)fortunately we are not able to replicate it on the newest version of our chat widget for iOS. Because of that, could you update your LiveChat widget for iOS to the latest version (2.0) and see if that will help?

If not, we will truly appreciate if you could provide us with some additional details on how can we recreate this issue ourselves, on our latest iOS widget. Thank you very much in advance!

Hello.

Maybe my issue is a little bit different. I am just providing the licenseId and calling LiveChat.presentChat(). The chat is presented but it keeps loading. I am not getting error provided in the description of this issue.

I tried with 2.0.2 and 2.0.7 version.

/edit: I tested on simulator iPhone 7 - iOS 11.1 and works

The issues happened for iPhone 5s - iOS 10.2

@ZiggyKraus I've updated my last comment. :)

ZiggyKraus commented 6 years ago

@wfratczak Thank you very much for providing me with additional details! I will consult this case with our iOS developer and ask him to take a closer look on the chat widget running on older versions of iOS. And, I apologize for such late reply
