White screen appears and remains on opening chat #36

I have integrated the iOS LiveChat SDK (2.0.13) into our app using CocoaPods and occasionally, on opening the chat window, we see a totally white view (apart from the status bar). Unfortunately there is no way for the user of the app to close the view, they must kill the app and relaunch - on relaunching, the chat will successfully load.

I have not yet been able to identify steps or scenarios which cause this issue.

@EvanGregg unfortunately despite of many attempts I wasn't able to reproduce the problem. I checked on iOS 11 and 12. Different account, different licenses, devices and simulators,not a single reproduction. Could you please provide more details about that problem? iOS version, device type, any specific steps which increase the chance of reproduction?

Is this possible for you to provide us with some simple demo project which reproduces the bug?
