This patch ensures the user can set the "allow http" standalone setting.

This change was probably lost when resolving binary conflicts after a merge.

Binary change:

Added this script to Allow Http Connections checkbox:

on mouseUp
   storeSetting "allow http", the hilited of me
end mouseUp
