Cleans out package-lock so Gatsby processing can progress.
Adding libvips-dev and build-essential packages.
Forcing npm install to use the c++14 compiler so that libsass(deprecated) can compile.
Some notes:
There are a ton of warnings because a lot of deprecated dependencies. I have not looked into this. I also haven't tested the deploy part of the workflows since. This PR fixes the workflow crashes. No warranty offered beyond that.
