More styling! #162

This PR includes:

3E4478 as the primary color to match the banner image
Next page name in the end of post pagination (instead of just next and previous)

The repo is currently using default system fonts for speed, which includes Helvetica. I had suggested changing this use both fonts from Scholastica, but this would hinder the already optimal font loading performance.

Let me know if you want PT Serif added though and I'll get the font downloaded + installed!

I'm OK with the same font for now. We can leave font changes as possible future issue. Is it possible to set it up to test the speed difference?

So, just to clarify, is your suggestion we switch to #3E4478 as the primary color on the Scholastica site as well?

Happy to leave the fonts as an issue so I can run some local testing and let you know the speed results!

Yes: #3E4478 would replace rgb(48, 65, 93) // #30415d on Scholastica.
