Some proposed changes to streamline the acceptance process

I pushed some of the requirements back to the initial submission. No need to wait until acceptance to get them in.
I added some additional clarifying information about the representative images.
If we publish a document on Scholastica, and then immediately unpublish it, we generate the URL it will use, and can then give them the DOI immediately to include as they make "galley proof" changes, without making the article publicly available.
Added the requirement to submit the license form upon acceptance.

There are a lot of things to do, but it is shorter than the original list of things to do. Key is that they only need to do one round of edits now.
