The checklist in the "upon acceptance" section was a little confusing - in particular, one item talked about what would happen after the ASAP version was submitted, but then subsequent items still seemed to refer to a previous stage.
This PR splits the (long) checklist into two lists - one relevant to the ASAP stage, and one relevant to the stage for the published version.
I'm not entirely sure this change reflects what the authors intended but it is what I understood from the list; happy to incorporate further changes.
