fix style guide links #215

fix #214

Links to individual chapters of the ACS style guide were broken. We replace them by a single doi-based link to the ACS style guide landing page, from where authors can easily find the respective chapters.

OK, this will work for now; I'll merge. Do you know if this is behind a paywall, though? If so then I need to prioritize taking additional steps.

It is behind a paywall, but I think the ACS style guide always has been (?)

Nevertheless, it also was the one I read when I started writing papers, and I think it's a great choice.
