Update PostgreSQLAdapter to work with jdbc-postgres #1

When running in jRuby, the PostgreSQLAdapter does not have a query method. Changing this to execute and altering the map works in MRI and jRuby

If specs are passing, then I'm cool with it.

v0.1.0 and v0.1.0-java have been rolled and pushed to RubyGems. Update and let me know if you have any issues.
