Fallback to the gig-by-id api call when there are no gigs available ( depends on https://github.com/livemusiclocator/lml_rb/issues/30 ) #40

This could be a nice to have - basically we could avoid being too chatty if for gigs we've already cached in the browser we just use that data rather than going to the api for the one gig.
