Bond event details #11

Adds additional data fields to the Bond event in the BondingManager contract to support use cases for clients.

There might be a few metadata fields missing in the Unbond, Rebond, and WithdrawStake events from LIP-8 that I realized might be helpful after starting the implementation. I don't think those updates need to be in this LIP though since they are a part of larger logical change for partial unbonding - I can submit a PR proposing an update to the LIP-8 spec with any event updates that may seem necessary based on more exploration during implementation.
