[wip] - extract to livepeerEmitter #13

Same question as I asked in the Emitter repo...this is listed as a wip. Do you want this to actually be reviewed and merged yet? Or if it would break functionality on master, we can wait until we hit a milestone where things would work.

@dob it will break the app if you merge it, that's why I made it as a work in progress, I'll ask a review when everything is ready

Right. I'm going to close the PR for now so we don't accidentally merge. You can keep pushing onto your branch, and then just open a PR when it's ready to merge.
