Why: we want to be able compare the mediaconvert vs livepeer pipelines success rates in the catalyst reliability dashboard.

Right now, we have no real information on the videos that aren't surviving. We can't answer questions about our failures and its preventing us from knowing whats happening in our weak areas.

What would it take for us to get the same video info into the asset database that we have for successful videos.?
