Add confirmation dialog for orchestrators unbonding all stake

To prevent an orchestrator from accidentally becoming deactivated while unbonding, we should add a confirmation/warning dialog that advises that the transaction will lead to the orchestrator being deactivated if the amount is equal to all of their stake
