What is your project, and what problem does it solve?
Our project's goal is to elevate the visibility of diverse voices in web3. We have produced this decentralized website template https://alex.siher.eth.limo/ and would like to produce an NFT for livestreaming for the existing and new members in our community.

Please describe in more detail why this proposal is valuable for the Livepeer ecosystem
This will benefit the Livepeer ecosystem of how web3 communities can utilize Livepeer's technology to benefit the growth of their communities in unique, useful and web-enabled ways. Our first step is to introduce this NFT to our members in Q1 and Q2 of 2024, and to then continue to build the dynamic elements of the NFT so we can integrate brand partners and a business model.
Please describe in details what your final deliverable for this project will be.
The final result will be the MVP of the livestreaming NFT with working example of several women's sites with an integrated NFT and livestreams that will be highlighted on our website.
How will this deliverable benefit the Livepeer ecosystem?
This will benefit the Livepeer ecosystem of how web3 communities can utilize Livepeer's technology to benefit the growth of their communities in unique, useful and web-enabled ways. Our first step is to introduce this NFT to our members in Q1 and Q2 of 2024, and to then continue to build the dynamic elements of the NFT so we can integrate brand partners and a business model.
Please break up your development work into a clear set of milestones
Front-end and back-end development by a full stack developer, including implementing basic app structure, web3 auth social login, create stream button, livepeer livestreaming in video, streaming calendar component, display dynamic NFT information.
Front and back end development to be delivered and shown in Github.
Phase 1 of the project which includes:
Product Manager: Operational Management, task planning & requirement analysis
Full Stack Dev: Initial web app configuration, front-end, and backend web. Analysis, design and creation of database for web app services. System infrastructure definition with Metis Layer 2 and research of livestream technology.
Initial infrastructure for the livestreaming application.
Blockchain Dev & Design. Full stack developer creating chainlink smart contracts for NFT's, implement smart contracts that can issue, manage and and transfer NFT metadata. Mechanisms for dynamic update of NFT metadata, logic to reward users adjust NFT properties based on streaming metrics, Ensure proper deployment of smart contracts to a public testnet.
Designer: Iterate designs based on testing of several initial livestreams from member's decentralized pages.
Final deliverable of the MVP with several members tested livestreams.

Specify your team's long-term plans to maintain this software and upgrade it over time
We will be working in collaboration with SpaceDev.io (the builders of the above MVP) and Web3 Ladies (blockchain training program for women in web3 in Africa) to maintain and continue to iterate this ongoing. We will introduce the NFT at our Summit event. We plan to fund the continued development of this technology either through our own funds, a large grant from Metis, or both.
Please describe (in words) your team's relevant experience, and why you think you are the right team to build this project. You can cite your team's prior experience in similar domains, doing similar dev work, individual team members' backgrounds, etc.
We are excited to build with SpaceDev.io as they are a strong development team that also has several members within Si Her, including their lead architect. Their CEO and CTO Juan Manual are very active in this project and also focused on social impact. We are also excited to build this with Metis as they have a diversity & social impact focus.

Who is your target user group? How do you plan on getting your users to use this?
Our target members are women and non-binary individuals across the global in web3. We are excited to introduce this livestream NFT at our Si Her Summit, providing the opportunity for our platform to become a go-to web3 media outlet with the opportunity for financial inclusion with the option for livestream viewers to tip our livestreamers via their Aurpay crypto button on their website.
How did you learn about the Livepeer Grants Program?
We are grateful to have been a recipient of a scholarship grant from Livepeer, and would love for Livepeer to support the powering of the technology that can bring the visibility of our members to global audiences in a unique and web-enabled way.
