What is your project, and what problem does it solve?
It's an open-source game streaming platform on the Lens protocol, connecting streamers and their audience directly in a fair and decentralized manner. Think of it as Twitch without any middleman between streamers and their viewers: no cuts, no restrictions, and more power to streamers than the platform itself.
Please describe in more detail why this proposal is valuable for the Livepeer ecosystem
We are already the most used Lens Client for Streaming. Moreover, we are an open-source platform with the goal of eliminating middlemen, specifically streaming platforms, to ensure streamers earn the most from their audience.
Other applications can utilize our open-source code to develop their own open-source apps on Livepeer.
Please describe in details what your final deliverable for this project will be.
After the launch of the open beta on February 1st, we have registered over 7 streamers, conducted 25 streams, and attracted over 200 users within the first week of the launch.
We expect to grow these numbers by 10x to 20x by the end of April, especially with Lens transitioning to a permissionless model.

We are launching our platform to open beta, where anyone with a Lens Handle can join and stream permissionlessly. We plan to improve the product based on feedback received after the launch and properly scale to handle a surge of users after Lens goes permissionless. We are reapplying for this grant with many milestones and updates discussed in the previous grant form achieved. As we anticipate a surge in users, we will require live chat moderation, specifically to block spammers. Additionally, we need the ability to go live from mobile with Progressive Web App (PWA) support. We also aim to implement a TikTok-like feed for stream clips on mobile devices, enhancing the user experience. Furthermore, a game category system is needed to properly classify games and filter the feed accordingly. Finally, we require the ability to schedule streams with custom thumbnails, as currently, only the latest frame of the stream is displayed as the thumbnail.

Specify your team's long-term plans to maintain this software and upgrade it over time
As an open-source project, we intend to maintain our commitment to open-source principles for the long term, relying heavily on grants, donations, and sponsorships for sustainability. However, as we grow, we will explore opportunities for advertising on BloomersTV to generate additional funds for covering infrastructure and operational costs.
Please describe (in words) your team's relevant experience, and why you think you are the right team to build this project. You can cite your team's prior experience in similar domains, doing similar dev work, individual team members' backgrounds, etc.
Our team has previously developed a consumer web3 social platform that garnered over 1000 users.

Who is your target user group? How do you plan on getting your users to use this?
Our user group includes gamers and streamers, with a focus on GenZ. We've built a network effect to draw new users by using Lens Protocol open graph and XMTP messages.
Please include any additional information that you think would be useful in helping us to evaluate your proposal.
I am reapplying for the Grants program after a two-month development, following the rejection due to a lack of updates and traction. Since then, our team has diligently worked on the project, implementing improvements regularly. We successfully launched the open beta on February 1st and have observed a significant number of users actively using and streaming on the platform, despite Lens remaining in closed beta.
We anticipate growing these numbers to 10x over the next 2-3 months as Lens transitions to a public platform.

How did you learn about the Livepeer Grants Program?
This is my second time applying. I originally got to know about this opportunity from Nader, Lens DevRel.
Was this project started at a hackathon or another web3 event? Which one?
This initiative began after Lens announced its V2 update, which included the introduction of Live Streams in the new V2 metadata standards.
