use int for subgraph count fields #908

What does this pull request do? Explain your changes. (required) This PR makes some small subgraph improvements:

uses Int instead of BigInt for count fields
loads protocol entity after entity creations inside mappings (unable to update protocol entity inside helper methods if we load it before hand)
uses uniform count naming convention for aggregate data (ie winningTicketCount instead of totalWinningTickets).
