Need to add .MOV support
Currently unclear in the current support matrix where information like this would go. Looks like we'll need to have a separate section that details what we support for On Demand, including that we accept .mp4 and .mov files in H.264 codec with AAC audio coding.

Flagging that this should be updated when we start using Catalyst for the VOD pipeline, which is currently in progress.
