Tracking the high level issue of producing and executing on some high quality live episodes for Livepeer TV. Time slots are set aside within January.

Blocking issues include setting up ingest nodes with enough RAM/GPU to handle the high resolution streams, and stability of the testnet and configuration.

Marking this as complete, as we've seen a number of high quality live productions through Livepeer.tv. Nice work @chrishobcroft, Matteo, Anton, Victoria and all.
