Add Assets Menu to Dashboard sidebar + text #957

add in an "Assets" menu item with a new page livepeer.com/dashboard/assets

@adamsoffer can you suggest an icon?

Similar to the formatting used on developers/media-server, add the text:

TITLE: Video on Demand Assets

"Livepeer now supports Video on Demand which allows you to import video assets, store them on decentralized storage, and easily mint a video NFT. This functionality is currently in beta and available only on the API."
