Enable Livereload in vscode #24

I have successfully installed the Livereload plugin in VScode and it works fine. However I have to go to the command palette and enable it every time I start VScode. Is there a way to have it automatically enabled when VScode starts or is there a keyboard shortcut to speed up the process?
