Adding support for cocoapods #47

This pull request includes a Podspec for the Live SDK and an updated PhotoSky sample to use cocoapods to access the Live SDK. Everything is pointed to my repo to make testing possible, but we need to redirect the URLs to the real repo when approved.

Thanks for doing this @rgregg and it looks decent to me, lets have Ace take a quick look and then we'll merge it up.
