Open URL box problem with multiple screens #66

I am now no longer to enter user defined URLs with the entry box because it has 
dispeared.

Upon using the menu or the shortcut "Ctrl + O" the box simply does not appear 
on any of my viewable areas.

The issue seemed to have been triggered by adding an second screen.

However even after reverting to a single screen, restarting, reinstalling the 
app has not sloved the issue.

Please look into how the open box positioning is coded.

OS: Ubuntu 11.04 (unity)

Unlike traditional apps, the shortcuts don't require the control key. Just use 
the O key and it should work for you. I will add ctrl-O as a shortcut as well. 
Let me know if it works for you.

even using the menu didn't work - however i restarted my windows manager 
'compiz' and the box now appears again.. I will test extensively over the next 
few weeks.
