Improve structure of generated docs #1440

This updates the View documentation to match the ViewModifier documentation. Now both are single pages with each View/Modifier as a heading.

Documentation for types and arguments are found at the bottom of each page.

This is great, I was working on something similar but got stalled out prior to ElixirConf so thanks for tackling this!
