Vi IMproved: Day 6 - Editing With "vim"

Addresses confusion around using Vim instead of Vi on systems where the vim command results in an error, see issue #33
Adds section on installing Vim if it's not already installed
Fix code-blocks style (fenced code-blocks are better style)
Some grammar and style edits for clarity, etc
Adds helpful internal and external links
