not all administrative/control panels for VPSes have a field named exactly "Public IPv4 address" - proposed "(or similar)" to accommodate possible differences between VPS providers
extended meaning of paragraph "Enter your password" to include possible SSH key passphrase as well
In section "Creating a working admin account":
adjusted/corrected group name from 'adm' to 'admin' as this one is more likely to be used in /etc/sudoers file of Ubuntu (for more general verification: grep -Eo '^%[a-z]+' /etc/sudoers)
In section "You are now a sysadmin":
adjusted all relevant commands to contain sudo prefix (in alignment with 00-VPS-big)
