As issue #9 - even not able to enter '?'.
Similiar issue was already with salto 0.4.2.
But there was already a keyboard.conf write/read implemented (that I just reactivated).

Maybe something like this (define keys without recompile), could be implemented?
Or some console command to switch keyboard layout: Ex: switch keyboard <US/DE/ES/FR..>
