Compas rails version #1

Bundle install could not find gem 'compass-rails (~> 2.0.alpha.0) I think it should use compass-rails 1.1.2 (the other version is marked as yanked on ruby gems)

It has just been yanked some days ago. I up and downgraded it to 1.1.2. Thanks!
