Set region to eu-west-1 (Ireland)

To create ssh key-pair using Amazon EC2 Console, click on Amazon EC2 console.

I already mention that:

To create ssh key-pair using Amazon EC2 Console, click on Amazon EC2 console. <-- when user will click on this link it will open ec2 console in eu-west-1 region
- Documentation can be found here
- Verify region is set to eu-west-1 (Ireland)

Appropriate documentation is in place, including asking user to validate the region. Please close the issue.
