Searching for all vital signs measurements for a patient does not work #1

When attempting to query all vital signs for a patient as per the spec the following error is returned: "Invalid Query Parameter Provided.". Supporting the category search parameter is mandatory as part of the vital signs profile.

I have added functionality to search by category. I believe this should be adequate to close this issue @bausmeier
