Sometimes saving to remote FTP does not work until restart #34

Hello. I'm new in this great extension. I usually connect to 4-5 FTP remotely. The remote folders look similar, if it matters. Sometimes when I click Save, it doesn't save. Until I restart the VSCode and when reopen the program click Save all unsaved.
