Since v1.51.0 it uploads only the first time then it keeps hanging with one file #853

When I start VS Code it uploads everything completely once, then starts hanging at readme.md & if I delete readme.md it hangs at a css file.

Mac OS 10.14 (18A391), but same problem with colleagues under windows. It's a very important extension for our company, we'd like to buy you a whole box of coffee if you can fix this asap.
