Files won't upload / upload only once #928

I used this extension for a few months now and never had came across any issues. But since about a week or so I am not able to properly upload files to the server via SFTP anymore. Whenever I try to upload a file it keeps on loading but nothing happens. When I restart VS Code and try to upload something, it actually uploads it correctly but still the loading process is shown to be ongoing (which is not the case), so that I can't upload another file before restarting the program. I have not changed any settings since the error began to occur, which is why it is hard for me to explain where it came from. I also tried other SFTP-Clients after the issues appeared and the uploading-process works properly with those, which is why it seems that the error lies within the extension.

same goes for sftp, stopped working few hours ago.
