Library component packages not seen until the lib project is opened in the workspace #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.click on Edit Tapestry Custom Component Packages
2.click button to add packages

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: list of all library packages available 
Actual output: list of project packages + list of packages of libraries opened 
as projects in the workspace

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
  TapestryToolsFeature  1.0.0.201208052139
Ubuntu Linux 12.04

Please provide any additional information below.

You mean we support only packages in source directory of current project, and 
we should support also packages in jars in build path of current project, right?
