  Rename emit_mul to emit_mul_intrin.
  Rename emit_mul_os to emit_mul_comp.
  Add extend_scalar_and_emit_bin_ps.
  Now many of operator support scalar-vector/matrix overloading.
  Add test for vec-scalar and vec-mat and tested.
