Cannot enable ePrint on HP laserJet 01102w

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to printer wirelessly via static IP address 192.168.1.10 assigned to 
printer. Router address 192.168.1.1
2. Go to Enable Web Service on printer menu and click Enable
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect Web services enabled. Instead error msg: Connection Error - check 
internet connection

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Firmware version 3.0.0.4.374_239, HP laserjet P1102w firmware 20130213
As a result, I was unable to setup HP ePrint. Also unable to see the printer 
using IPad which cannot find any Airprinter.

I have enabled Multicast Routing (IGMP Proxy) on the router under Advanced 
Setting>LAN>IPTV, and disabled bootp on HP printer.

I caa print from any window PC connected to the same router, no problem.

Using bonjour browser Discovery on IPad, it cannot see the HP printer on the 
local domain.

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)
Note that if there will be a poor problem description the issue status will
be changed to 'Invalid'!

Hi, the Airprint issue has been resolved by rebooting the router, but not the 
ePrint problem.
