What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I have purchased a WD media box but it did not list all the folders
2. and if it did it did not refresh properly (refreshing issues I have been
told is due to the router) so I returned it.
3. Please advise which media box I could purchase complying to what has been
described
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Good working media box having access to the USB harddisk connected to the
router. Properly refreshing the content per folder, preferably the refresh rate
being able to set.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)
Note that if there will be a poor problem description the issue status will
be changed to 'Invalid'!
