CPU Load 100% - 3.0.3.8-081 #1229

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. upgrade to version 3.0.3.8-081
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
average CPU load

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RT-N56U - 3.0.3.8-081

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
After upgrade the version to 3.0.3.8-081 the cpu load keeps on 100% all the 
time!

Reset the router to defaults and set it up from scratch without restring 
setting from a file

Do you have transmission running with multiple parallel downloads? If yes, try 
2 downloads max in parallel, that should reduce load on CPU.

Problem solved after downgrade to version 3.0.3.8-080 and upgraded again to 
3.0.3.8-081.
